Melanie Reichert is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional with over a decade of experience in behavioral health and addiction services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health with an emphasis in trauma from Grand Canyon University.

Her trauma-informed, client-centered approach is rooted in meeting people where they are and providing individualized, non-judgmental care. Melanie incorporates evidence-based practices to support meaningful change and sustainable recovery. All services are provided within the scope of her credential and applicable professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

A little bit about me: 

Outside of work, I’m a proud plant enthusiast, parrot and dog mom, PNW explorer, and adventure seeker. I’m currently creating my own indoor jungle and personal escape, combining my love of plants with a little everyday well-being.

I love family time, vacations, zoos, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and making memories along the way. Most importantly, I believe in meeting people where they are, discovering what motivates them, and empowering them to get where they want to be.
